Which companies use Nhan Kiet as their employer of record in Vietnam?

Modes Moose Inc. (Canada), Mulberry Company (Design) Limited (United Kingdom), Five Lakes Private Limited (Singapore) and HB Technology Co., Ltd. (South Korea) all employ their staff in Vietnam through Nhan Kiet as employer of record. The partnerships began between August 2020 and June 2025.

In each case Nhan Kiet signs the employment contracts, runs the monthly payroll, pays the compulsory insurance and files personal income tax, while the client decides who to hire and directs the work.

How long has Nhan Kiet worked with Modes Moose Inc.?

Nhan Kiet has been the employer of record in Vietnam for Modes Moose Inc., a company on Chabanel Street in Montreal, since August 2020, making it the longest of these partnerships at more than six years.

Over those six years the rules for employing staff in Vietnam changed several times, and each change was handled by Nhan Kiet as the legal employer, not by the client:

• The Labour Code 2019 replaced the 2012 Code on 1 January 2021.
• Regional minimum wages rose in July 2022, July 2024 and January 2026.
• The Law on Social Insurance 2024 took effect on 1 July 2025.
• Personal income tax moved to the 2026 rules, with a five-bracket table and higher family deductions.
• Administrative penalties for labour and social-insurance breaches moved to Decree 283/2026/NĐ-CP, which replaced Decree 12/2022/NĐ-CP from 10 September 2026.

Contracts, payroll and filings were updated each time, without the client needing a Vietnamese entity or an HR team in Vietnam.

What does Nhan Kiet do for Five Lakes Private Limited in Vietnam?

Since October 2023 Nhan Kiet has been the employer of record in Vietnam for Five Lakes Private Limited, a company with offices at Duo Tower in Singapore, handling the employment contracts, monthly payroll, compulsory insurance and personal income tax for its Vietnam staff.

This is the arrangement an EOR is built for. Each new hire is a new employment contract signed by Nhan Kiet and added to the same monthly payroll and the same invoice, so a team can grow at the pace of the business without first setting up an entity. A new hire can normally start within 5–7 working days of the terms being agreed.

How does Nhan Kiet support HB Technology, a listed Korean equipment maker?

Since March 2025 Nhan Kiet has been the employer of record in Vietnam for HB Technology Co., Ltd., a Korean manufacturer of inspection and processing equipment for the display and semiconductor industries, founded in 1997, headquartered in Asan and listed on KOSDAQ (078150).

For a manufacturer that needs people on the ground in Vietnam, an EOR keeps employment fully compliant — contract, insurance, tax and payroll — while the company's own management directs the work from Korea.
